The She-Wolves Project seeks a self-motivated individual to assist in planning and executing a three-year national and international tour of performances and events.

The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail; knowledge and imagination relating to contemporary forms of marketing and fundraising for the arts; a can-do attitude and creative approach; a high level of interest in the project. Applicants will ideally be available for national travel in May and August 2018.

Main tasks:

-Collaborate with Artistic Director to schedule an ambitious and realistic three-year plan for national and
international touring
-Liaise with venues and oversee venue-based staff and volunteers at performances
-Oversee budget and fundraising
-Oversee and co-ordinate marketing
-Oversee travel and accommodation arrangements for company

Volunteers (on site and remote)


Hours of work:

For the initial period, this is a part time position involving an average of 6.5 hours of work per week. Most of the time, hours can be flexibly scheduled and can be worked remotely. Occasional conference calls will need to be jointly scheduled, and some work (e.g. phone calls to historic sites or schools) will need to be completed during normal business hours.

The first U.K. performance will take place towards the end of the initial period. Working hours will be more concentrated in the 2 weeks prior and during this time.



Initial Period: fixed term, part time, March 20-June 1 2018.

Salary £20,000 pro-rata, to be re-negotiated after initial period
